Job Description

 

This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deliverables.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including booking event spaces, managing event calendars, and handling logistics. This encompasses pre-event activities such as venue booking, vendor coordination, and equipment setup, as well as post-event tasks like summarizing event outcomes and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, business units, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business events. This includes facilitating clear communication, aligning event objectives with business goals, and addressing stakeholder needs and concerns throughout the event planning and execution process.
  • Oversee and manage guest lists, ensuring accurate and timely invitations and RSVPs. 
  • Prepare and send communication materials, such as event announcements, agendas, and follow-up messages. 
  • Handle invoicing and billing matters efficiently, and address any other administrative and operational requirements within the PIC office to ensure smooth daily operation and event execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, business operations, administrative duties or similar capacities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
