Executive / Senior Executive, Compensation & Benefits (1-year fixed term contract)

Job Description
This position will be supporting areas relating to Compensation & Benefits, Performance Development (“PD”) and People Initiatives Projects. This position will report to one Manager and one Associate Manager, Compensation & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in day-to-day benefits and PD administration, providing operational support in the smooth delivery of HR services to the business
- Support the team on end-to-end compensation & performance review cycles
- Assist and resolving staff queries for benefits and PD related issues
- Assist and manage employee benefit roadshows, activities, and events
- Assist and maintain benefits and PD related intranet pages
- Manage corporate discounts with vendors
- Maintain and update files and databases
- Support review of benefits, HR policies and procedures, and implementation of changes.
- Support in the preparation of C&B budget
- Assist in reporting, simple analytics and data handling, to prepare monthly HR reports in collaboration with stakeholders, using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Assist in working with the internal communications team to coordinate employee activities / programmes
- Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline, HR-related qualifications preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and good team player with a positive mindset
- Motivated to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Pivottables, Macros, PowerPoint etc.), Microsoft Power BI services (for dashboard optimisation and alignment), PowerQuery.
- Proficient in collecting, processing and analysing large amounts of structured/ unstructured data – such as data wrangling, data cleaning, data visualisation and basic storytelling techniques.
