Job Description

The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive to join our HRIS team to handle HRIS automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review, documentation, and streamlining of end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), focusing on efficiency, data quality, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central, with exposure to Recruiting (RCM) workflows, business rules, and data structures.
  • Build, enhance, and support process automation and digital solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other approved tools, under the guidance of the Associate Manager.
  • Support integrations between SuccessFactors and automation solutions using standard integrations or APIs where applicable.
  • Assist in identifying SuccessFactors functional gaps or operational limitations and support the implementation of pragmatic workarounds or complementary solutions using low-code tools, RPA, or basic scripting where required.
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle, including requirements documentation, solution build support, testing, UAT coordination, go-live preparation, and post-implementation stabilisation.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Payroll, and Technology teams to support delivery of aligned and compliant solutions.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities across SuccessFactors and downstream HR systems.
  • Support adherence to data privacy, audit, security, and internal control standards across HR processes and digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support operational consistency and sustainable adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist with knowledge transfer and user enablement activities.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • A recognised diploma or degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central, with exposure to Recruiting (RCM) workflows.
  • Practical experience supporting HR process improvement or optimisation initiatives.
  • A working understanding of the HR lifecycle and how system design impacts downstream processes such as payroll, reporting, and compliance.
  • Practical experience or exposure to automation and digital tools such as:
    • Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps
    • SharePoint workflows or forms
    • API-based integrations (advantage)
    • RPA or basic scripting (e.g. Python or PowerShell – advantage)
  • Ability to support assessments on when to configure within SuccessFactors versus when to automate externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across HR and Technology teams.
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment is an advantage.
