Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our KBS team as an Executive/Senior Executive in our Professional Qualification & Certification team. 

The role involves:

Professional Certification/ Sponsorship Programme Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end Professional Qualifications and Certification sponsorships process under the guidance of the Learning Business Partner, including application, issuing of sponsorship agreement, approvals, maintenance of candidates’ records, reimbursement, communication to candidates, verifying of supporting documents to ensure training hours/days are met, candidate progress report, exam result, survey analysis, etc.
  • Support staff to attain their professional qualification and certifications 
  • Assist to staff enquiries and requests related to certifications and programme sponsorships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information necessary for certification compliance
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for enhancement of learning experience or process improvements
  • Provide professional certification or sponsorship programme related advice to business stakeholders on the training modalities and ideal set up
  • Assist in implementing changes to enhance program efficiency
  • Communicate with external certification bodies to facilitate information exchange
  • Assist in communicating certification status and updates to internal stakeholders
  • Interact with external stakeholders, including professional association, education institutions, etc.

 

Training Operations and Events for Sponsorship Programs:

  • Support training operations by implementing our training strategies and plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of our organization's workforce
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events related to external certifications, such as workshops, training sessions, and certification ceremonies
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Collate and review training related data such as registration, participation, attendance, completion, learner demographics etc to allow training evaluation and continuous improvement for future programme delivery 
  • Ensure that all training initiatives comply with the industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Communicate training updates, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders regularly
     

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 2 years of years of related experience in professional qualification and certification, training operations or L&D. Preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Experience in a customer service position is preferred
  • Client-centric mindset and enjoy interacting with people and possess a strong taste for customer service
  • Have excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Know how to anticipate issues and take the initiative to find solutions
  • Be comfortable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
  • Is self-driven with a high level of autonomy but able to function as part of a team
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in professional qualifications, such as Singapore CA Qualification (SCAQ) will be advantageous.
