Job Description
We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing insurance consulting practice in Singapore to expand their insurance industry knowledge and skills. The KPMG insurance advisory team assists life and non-life insurers, reinsurers, brokers and IFAs in managing their day-to-day business challenges and developments. We support our insurance clients on multiple diverse consulting projects that include:
- Business growth (e.g. market entry, growth strategy)
- Operational, process and cost optimisation across the insurance value chain
- Digital and technology enablement- including understating of insurance functions or financial services functions
- Programme management support
This role, as a Senior Associate, involves:
- Supporting the delivery of insurance strategy, operations, and technology transformation projects
- Developing KPMG’s operational and technology transformation propositions to take to market
- Supporting business development activities and initiatives, such as preparing proposals and market research
- Work closely with team members across various functions, including customer experience, data analytics and AI, actuarial, finance transformation, regulatory, and transformation teams within KPMG offices (both locally and globally)
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Assist in researching market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in the insurance industry
- Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance management skills, functional and technical skills

The ideal candidate should:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, computer science, IT or a related field
- Experience in insurance strategy, operations or transformation
- Have previous experience and track record in delivering transformation projects as business analyst or functional consultant
- Developed understanding of our focus areas of the insurance value chain including distribution, underwriting, claims, operations, servicing and finance
- Have experience in relationship building and project delivery
- Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
