Job Description

 

Help leading insurers solve their most important strategy and transformation challenges.

 

We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to join our Financial Services – Insurance Strategy, Operations & Transformation team. You will work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape financial services institutions on growth, distribution, product, operations, customer, technology and regulatory transformation agendas across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

 

What you’ll work on:

 

Strategy and Operations

 

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, data analysis, stakeholder interviews and workshop synthesis
  • Prepare client-ready PowerPoint decks, Excel analysis, business cases, executive updates and steering committee materials
  • Assess pain points, capability gaps and improvement opportunities across product, distribution, underwriting, new business, claims, servicing, finance, risk, compliance and technology
  • Design future-state operating models, customer journeys, process improvements, governance models, KPIs, business requirements and implementation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across consulting, technology and deal advisory

 

Transformation

 

  • Support digital product development and management, GenAI/AI based solutioning focusing on a specific business problem   
  • Deliver end to end transformation, including business analysis- requirement gathering, user stories, functional requirement documents, User Testing, change management support and Project management  

What we’re looking for:

 

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, start-ups, transformation, operations, product development or technology-enabled change
  • Exposure to strategy, distribution transformation, product launch, operating model design, process re-engineering, digital transformation, data, AI, automation, regulatory change or governance
  • Strong problem structuring, research, analysis and quantitative skills, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability
  • Ability to move beyond generic frameworks and apply out of box, design thinking and practical approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence producing senior stakeholder-ready outputs
  • Ownership mindset, attention to detail, resilience, curiosity and ability to work effectively in fast-paced teams
  • Experience in life insurance, health insurance, Singapore or APAC insurance markets will be advantageous
