Job Description
The People, Performance & Culture team ensures the effective delivery of all Human Resource activities in the firm. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Compensation & Benefits team. As an intern, you will be supporting areas related to: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Development (“PD”) and People Initiatives Projects.
As a Compensation & Benefits intern, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Support the team in day-to-day benefits and PD administration, providing operational support in the smooth delivery of HR services to the business
- Support the team on the annual review exercises, including budget, appraisals
- Assist and resolving staff queries for benefits and PD related issues
- Assist and manage employee benefit roadshows and events
- Assist and maintain benefits and PD related intranet pages
- Manage corporate discounts with vendors
- Maintain and update files and databases
- Assist in reporting and analytics
- Assist in working with the internal communications team to coordinate employee activities / programmes
- Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned
