Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Talent, Development and Culture team on Learning, Wellbeing, Recognition and firmwide people experience initiatives. You will drive projects to completion and have the capacity to work with cross-functional teams, while managing day-to-day program operations.

 

As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:

Employee Engagement

  • Support the design and execution of engagement activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating communication materials for engagement initiatives.
  • Help monitor participation and feedback to improve future programs.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
  • Maintain learning calendars and track attendance and completion rates.
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and post-event evaluations.

Data & Reporting

  • Update engagement and learning dashboards with accurate data.
  • Compile reports on program effectiveness and employee feedback.
  • Provide insights to help improve engagement and learning strategies.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Events or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with learning platforms is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in employee experience and development.
  • Be resourceful, versatile, analytical and possess strong project management skills
  • Be able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
