Job Description
The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom, and retain the best and brightest talents. The HR Service Delivery team handles activities related to our employee’s career cycle and to deliver quality services to internal stakeholders.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our HR Service Delivery team. As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including but not limited to:
- Onboarding of new hires
- E P-file creation
- Printing of staff passes
- Off-boarding process
- Leavers E P-file updates
- Employee Services
- Letters preparation
- Leave audit
- HR Helpdesk
- First point of contact when employee has a question on our HR system
Our ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and good team player with a positive mindset
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
