Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Talent, Development and Culture team through Talent Management in driving impactful initiatives across communications, data tracking, and events management. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:

Communications Support

  • Draft and edit internal communications for talent programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and social platforms.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of information.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain and update talent management dashboards and trackers.
  • Support data collection and analysis for talent programs and events.
  • Prepare summary reports and insights for leadership reviews.

Events Management

  • Assist in planning and executing talent-related events (e.g., onboarding sessions, learning workshops, engagement activities).
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and participant management.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
