Job Description

 

The Enterprise Application & Engineering team within KPMG Information Technology Services is dedicated to creating and delivering value to our business by leveraging on IT technology. The team is responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions and high quality IT services internally to enable our business.

 


Responsibilities

 

  • Sales & Marketing Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Marketing solutions, including gathering requirements, designing and development, module configurations or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications and ensure all functionalities work effectively with all other integrated/interfaced applications.
    • Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating technical documentation for operations and support of the MD365, Power Platform and related application integrations.

 

  • Customization and Configuration:
    • Utilize your expertise in SQL and .NET to customize MD365 forms, entities, fields, workflows, and queries to meet business requirements.
    • Implement plugins, custom workflows, and integration solutions to extend MD365 functionalities.
    • Customize workflows to align with business processes.

 

  • Integration:
    • Develop integration solutions to connect MD365 with other business applications, leveraging SQL databases and .NET frameworks.
    • Integration of Power Platform based solution as part of MD365 system or its related systems based on business requirements.

 

  • Technical Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide technical support to post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches.
    • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of MD365 systems.

 

  • Training and Documentation:
    • Conduct user training sessions to educate internal users on MD365 functionalities and best practices.
    • Create comprehensive documentation including system architecture, configurations, and customizations for reference and training purposes.

 

  • System Performance Improvements:
    • Conduct product evaluations of upgrades to the MD365 system.
    • Manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the Power Platform.
    • Analyze user support statistics and other data to recommend appropriate measures.

 

  • Other job responsibilities:
    • Act as a product Subject Matter Expert in Power Apps, Power Automate and stay up to date on the new features and updates in the Power Platform
    • Deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality as well as features 

The ideal candidate should:

 

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of technical working experience in cloud or web applications development
  • Strong proficiency in MS SQL for data manipulation, querying, and reporting.
  • Experience with .NET framework and development languages such as C# for customization and integration tasks.
  • Has at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Possess Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications and in-depth understanding of MD365 concepts, modules, and functionalities.
  • Working experience with KingswaySoft or other CRM integration tools will be strong advantage.
  • Microsoft Azure related or Power Platform certifications will be strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure logic apps and Azure functions is advantageous
  • Ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore developers
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
