Job Description
As AI systems, bots, and IoT devices proliferate, Non-Human Identities (NHI) are becoming the fastest-growing frontier in cybersecurity. Identity and Access Management (IAM) is no longer just about people - it’s about ensuring that every API, and machine account operates securely, with trust and accountability built in. We are seeking visionary talent to help us design and implement IAM solutions that safeguard NHI, enabling secure machine-to-machine interactions, protecting sensitive data flows, and ensuring compliance in automated ecosystems.
By joining our team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the next era of cybersecurity - where protecting non-human identities is as vital as protecting human ones.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and policies.
- Documenting customer IAM business processes and both functional and non-functional requirements related to user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
- Assisting in designing and implementing IAM technology solutions, including identity lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Contributing to or leading the detailed design of IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, regulatory constraints, and security standards.
- Customizing IAM platforms and tools to align with project and compliance needs.
- Providing comprehensive training and support to end-users and administrators on IAM technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Adapting to Agile delivery methodologies, engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including IT security, compliance, and business units.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of IAM business processes, including user onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, workflow automation, data integration (e.g., with HR systems), and directory services.
- Driving end-to-end IAM project delivery either as an individual contributor or by leading a team.
- Participating actively in IAM project planning, status meetings, and reporting activities.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.
⠀
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Alternatively, a technology-focused MBA or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-10 years of hands-on experience in IAM or cybersecurity project roles, preferably in client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated involvement in at least 4-5 end-to-end IAM or security projects with active engagement in client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and security best practices. Proficiency in IT platform components such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, and cloud IAM solutions is essential.
- Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk) and data visualization tools or languages (e.g., PowerBI, Python) is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to develop technical documentation and operational guides.
- Demonstrated sound business and technical judgment with excellent analytical abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, enabling effective communication and presentation to diverse audiences, including end-users, technical staff, third-party vendors, and senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, fostering effective collaboration with others.
- Results-oriented with a proactive 'Can-do' attitude, showcasing adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
