Job Description
The suitable candidate will be:
- Liaising with clients and assisting with the application of the relevant Singapore work and dependant’s passes
- Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries
- Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes
- Preparing immigration advice for clients
- Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident application
- Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes

The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a University degree or equivalent in any field of study
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills
- Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service
- Proficient in Microsoft office
