KPMG Delivery Network Advisory - Solutions Architect, Oracle

The Oracle Fusion Application Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in the successful design, development, and implementation of integrated Oracle Fusion applications within KPMG. This position demands a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technology and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

As part of KDN, successful candidates would be working on projects with KPMG member firms in many different countries. Candidates should have a passion for exploring how Oracle Fusion applications can solve our clients practical business problems in a cost-effective way. Candidates should also be committed to working with KPMG teams to help ensure that the envisioned Oracle Fusion solution is delivered on time, on budget and at the required level of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Design comprehensive technical solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, sales, and internal technical teams.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and act as a customer advocate.
  • Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed solutions.
  • Support the sales team during technical negotiations and contract reviews.
  • Provide training and enablement to internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.), enterprise architecture, and cloud computing concepts.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion middleware, SQL, PL/SQL, and integration technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud and SOA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale implementations and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Oracle certifications in Fusion applications are a plus.
