Job Description
Global advisory, audit, and tax compliance for multinationals is evolving rapidly, driven by technology. The KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) enables clients to access top talent and advanced platforms through regional teams, delivering scalable, consistent solutions worldwide.
As part of KDN, you’ll work with leading professionals on transformative programs that shape business, deliver client value, and create positive impact globally. This senior manager role serves as a strategic business partner between KDN Tax & Legal and member firm leadership, driving awareness and adoption of KDN solutions to enable transformation and optimize global offerings. Acting as the primary relationship point, the individual leverages experience in a member firm’s Tax practice to align solutions such as corporate income tax, indirect tax compliance, and transfer pricing compliance with the firm’s needs. Responsibilities include reporting on sales pipelines, delivery model projects, quality metrics, and governance actions. Operating at the intersection of business transformation and stakeholder influence, the role demands exceptional relationship management, strategic agility, cultural sensitivity, and change management experience to build trust and drive alignment across senior stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of KDN Tax & Legal and Stakeholder Management team to design and deploy adoption strategies for member firms or regions, driving measurable transformation.
- Engage deeply with member firm leadership and KDN solution teams, aligning priorities and addressing pain points to accelerate adoption.
- Co-create and maintain clear, impactful stakeholder communications and training materials tailored to diverse audiences.
- Lead and coordinate complex change initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the global Tax & Legal ecosystem to maximize influence and impact.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and meetings to drive alignment and surface actionable insights.
- Monitor adoption progress, report outcomes, and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on risk identification and mitigation related to the KDN Tax & Legal roadmap.
- Measure and evaluate success of adoption initiatives, incorporating feedback to refine strategies.
- Provide timely, strategic feedback and recommendations to senior management based on stakeholder insights and program performance.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience as a client facing professional in Tax & Legal
- Excellent communication (including PowerPoint) and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Track record of success in managing complex change initiatives at clients or in a member firm
- Good understanding of the principles of adoption and change management
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions and work in an agile way
- A structured approach and strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with shared services, managed services and/or outsourcing would be beneficial
