Job Description

 

KPMG Managed Services team is responsible for delivering end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse client portfolio. Working in close partnership with client stakeholders, you will focus on accurate execution of accounting tasks and compliance requirements. As you progress to Assistant Manager, you will take on greater responsibility in client relationship management, team supervision, and business development.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage portfolio of local and international clients’ day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • End-to-end delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support reconciliations, journal postings, and preparation of supporting schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities under supervision.
  • For Senior and Assistant Manager track: review juniors’ work, manage deadlines and business development.

 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communicator who manages timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
