Job Description

You will be part of KPMG Managed Services team which provides practical and effective assistance to our clients in the corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are tailored to the needs of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal requirements of ACRA.
  • To prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with the laws.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings between Directors and Shareholders.
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents.
  • Liaising and coordinating with clients on statutory and compliance filings.
  • Assist with incorporation of new companies and registration of foreign companies.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including ongoing monitoring and conducing of client due diligence checks
  • Perform any other secretarial duties and departmental support as and when assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act.
  • Able to converse and write well in English and mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
