Job Description

 

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives incorporating SAP Products. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team. You are expected to support Requirements Gathering and Proposal Management in alignment with SAP product eco-system. This position is based in Singapore and covers all KPMG ASEAN region, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and other ASEAN nations.

 

The role involves:

  • Responsible for the design, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder’s requirements
  • Experience in business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvements
  • Experience in proposal management
  • Provide leadership in customer project implementations by providing subject matter expertise and knowledge of leading practices in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts on assigned modules

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • 2-6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on design and configuration
  • End User requirement gathering & Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
  • Functional expertise in HCM areas including Payroll, OM, Onboarding, Employee Central and Time Management
  • Must have either worked on Standard Reports in Learning Management system or Recruiting Management & Onboarding module
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
