Job Description

The Change Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the program’s change initiatives. This role develops, implements, and manages change strategies that cut across transformation processes, adoption activities, and communication channels. The focus is to guide the organisation through change using structured methodologies and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Implementation

  • Apply a methodical approach to manage transformation of processes, systems, and organisational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to impact and control change, including identifying resistance, risks, and crafting effective interventions to support adoption.

Stakeholder Management & Engagement

  • Manage the people side of change to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Focus on helping individuals and teams engage with, adapt to, and use the change in their daily operations.
  • Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment and adoption.

Communication & Adoption Activities

  • Lead communication efforts across the program to ensure clarity, consistency, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Coordinate adoption activities such as workshops, briefings, and training sessions to support seamless transition.

Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and monitor change progress, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Modify the change plan when necessary to ensure effective implementation.
  • Provide timely updates and insights to the Program Director and leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Certification(s) in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP) are highly preferred.
  • Training or proven experience in organisational development or transformation is an advantage.Prior experience driving change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong exposure to transformation programs, stakeholder management, and organisational readiness assessment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Solid understanding of change management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience working with technology solutions and leveraging digital tools to support change initiatives.
