Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, People Services to lead from the front in delivering high-quality HR service experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming HR operations, driving process excellence, and building a team that consistently delivers with impact.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the People Services team to deliver timely and effective HR support to employees, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and care.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen their capabilities and confidence to drive continuous growth within the HR support function.
  • Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Assess and optimize HR systems and processes to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing HR processes and systems, with a focus on boosting service efficiency and employee experience through automation and innovation.
  • Leverage technology to streamline HR operations, enhance data accuracy, and elevate the employee experience through continuous process innovation.
  • Manage change initiatives related to HR process updates and system implementations, ensuring seamless transitions for stakeholders.
  • Ensure team adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure operational integrity and regulatory alignment.
  • Stay current with statutory regulations and industry best practices to keep HR operations aligned and future-ready.
 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR service delivery, with proven people management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and service operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and innovating through technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to stay in front of change and lead with confidence.
