Job Description
We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Information Technology Services team.
With extensive experience of End User Computing (EUC) technologies, you should be a passionate advocate and experienced in Implementation, administration and deployment of modern end point management technologies.
The role includes:
- Practicing the Windows As A Service lifecycle as it applies to Windows client OS deployment and operations.
- Plan Operating System deployment strategy using MECM and Intune Autopilot to implement both Imageless solution as well as hardware independent custom images to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures, perform Windows upgrades, driver management, and the certification of new hardware devices.
- Work with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot environment including device enrolment, implementing, and configuring auto provisioning scenarios, configuring profiles, managing device access and compliance, application management, managing security etc
- Manage endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state.
- Enhance forward-looking standards and solutions using MECM and Intune to simplify deployment of windows, security, and third-party updates in timely manner to all devices
- Continually keeping pace with End User Technology innovations to be able to strategise, propose and integrate native or 3rd party solutions to supported client OS.
- In-depth interest in and ability to integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) solutions such as Microsoft 36 Copilot into the client operating system.
- Managing and working with vendors to ensure the best services are provided, supporting the organization
- Operations support of the End User Computing environment in the areas of Escalation, Compliance, Reporting and ensuring Service Levels are kept in the IT organisation
- Serve as the EUC Lead for Singapore within the South ASPAC Group, fostering cross‑regional collaboration, coordinating EUC standards and initiatives, and spearheading the implementation of aligned endpoint strategies across member firms.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Security, or Systems Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in End User Computing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Good technical knowledge of SCCM, MDT, MEM, BitLocker and Windows Hello with knowledge in supporting technologies such as Windows 11.
- Understanding in scripting such as MS PowerShell and VBScript would be advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale endpoint management projects and driving technology transformation.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in defining IT strategy and implementing governance frameworks.
