Our Talent Development and Culture team believes learning is the foundation of transformation. As a Learning & Development (L&D) Professional, you will design, implement, and manage impactful programs that elevate skills, knowledge, and performance—fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation. You’ll work alongside a team of high-performing professionals who act as true business enablers, delivering excellence with agility and purpose.
What you will do
- Design and innovate: Create engaging training courses and strands of L&D programs, incorporating modern methodologies and multi-channel delivery. Develop high-quality content and resources that inspire learning and drive measurable outcomes.
- Deliver impact: Facilitate programs that energize learners, guide their development, and evaluate success against defined objectives.
- Partner for growth: Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps, align priorities, and co-create solutions that enable strategic objectives.
- Shape experiences: Contribute to development centers by tailoring exercises, feedback tools, and planning processes that unlock potential and accelerate careers.
- Enable excellence: Prepare and manage external partnerships, ensuring projects deliver value and meet quality standards.
- Champion compliance and quality: Maintain deep knowledge of organizational policies and regulatory codes, ensuring adherence and addressing non-compliance proactively.
- Drive insights: Analyze HR data to uncover trends, create actionable insights, and influence decisions that enhance engagement and performance.
- Build connections: Foster strong relationships across teams and disciplines, delivering professional services that support business strategy and growth.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related talent development roles.
- Influence & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Agility & Resilience: Ability to embrace change, work cross-functionally, and adapt with flexibility.
- Data-driven mindset: Skilled in using analytics to tell stories, measure impact, and inform decisions.
- Execution excellence: Proven project management skills to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
