Job Description

 

KPMG's People & Organisation practice helps organisations transform their workforce, leadership, culture, and HR function to achieve sustainable business outcomes. We partner with clients to design and implement people-centric transformation programmes that align workforce strategy with business priorities, enabling organisational agility, workforce effectiveness, and long-term growth.

We are looking for undergraduates who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as Interns. This internship provides valuable exposure to the Consulting industry and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements and business development initiatives.

 

What You Will Do

 

Support client engagements and business development activities across:

  • Post-Deal People Services

 

Your responsibilities may include:

 

  • Conducting research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
  • Supporting project management and coordination activities
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables
  • Assisting in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives
  • Supporting proposal development and business development activities

 

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
  • Resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
