Job Description

KPMG Digital Village is at the forefront of emerging technology, helping companies to transform through business model innovation and experience design. We are a dynamic tribe of entrepreneurs, designers, strategists and technologists, sharing a passion for innovation. Through ideation and collaboration, we identify new opportunities and deliver end to end solutions from design to development, enabling our clients to meet evolving customer demands.

 

As an intern, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Support project teams working with our corporate clients to understand and prioritise challenges and growth opportunities
  • Support market research and user immersion to identify key pain points and unmet needs
  • Contribute to the ideation of new products, services and business models
  • Support the definition of the key features and functionalities of solutions
  • Bring the proposed solution or business model to life through user personas and journey mapping
  • Support the product development process by writing user stories, test scripts and performing user testing across mobile apps and web platforms
  • Input into the design and strategy of pilots and launches of new products and services
