•    Support internal technical enablement and upskilling initiatives for consulting and delivery teams.
•    Develop OCI best practices, reference architectures, implementation guidance, and reusable technical assets.

Training & Knowledge Management
•    Design and deliver technical workshops, bootcamps, learning sessions, and hands-on labs.
•    Create clear training materials, technical documentation, laboratory guides, and practical exercises.
•    Develop role-based learning paths and support relevant cloud certification programmes.
•    Maintain knowledge repositories, playbooks, solution accelerators, and other reusable enablement assets.

Solution Development & Demonstrations
•    Build and maintain demonstration environments, sandboxes, and technical showcases.
•    Develop OCI landing zones using Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
•    Support proofs of concept, solution prototypes, architecture reviews, and client demonstrations.
•    Assist consulting teams with technical solution design, deployment patterns, and implementation guidance.

AI, Data & Emerging Technologies
•    Support OCI AI and data platform initiatives, from early-stage exploration through production-oriented adoption.
•    Evaluate emerging capabilities in generative AI, enterprise AI agents, Oracle AI services, data platforms, (AIDP) lakehouse architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
•    Assess new OCI services and translate findings into practical adoption guidance, reference patterns, and enablement materials.

Alliance & Community Engagement
•    Collaborate with Oracle technical teams, alliance stakeholders, and KPMG communities of practice.
•    Support joint enablement activities, technical events, and knowledge-sharing forums.
•    Contribute to blogs, white papers, technical articles, and other thought-leadership content.

Pursuit & Delivery Support
•    Support requests for proposal, proposals, solution presentations, and client workshops.
•    Provide technical support to solution architects and engagement teams during pre-sales and pursuit activities.
•    Contribute technical inputs to OCI migration, modernisation, AI, data, and broader cloud transformation engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 (for Associate level ) / 3-5 ( for Senior Associate level) years of relevant experience in cloud technology, infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud computing, networking, virtualisation, Linux or Windows administration, and databases.
  • Exposure to at least one public cloud platform; experience with OCI is preferred, while Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud experience is also relevant.
