Are you an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP professional looking to take the next step in your consulting career?

Join KPMG's Oracle Cloud team and help organisations transform their finance operations through innovative Oracle Cloud solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver Oracle-enabled finance transformations, driving operational excellence and sustainable business value across end-to-end finance processes.

 

Forming part of KPMG's Oracle Cloud team, you will play a key role in the practice by:

  • Engaging with clients to understand business objectives, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Managing workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Identifying, monitoring and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Contributing to business development activities including proposal preparation, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and pursuit opportunities

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 - 4 years' experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, including involvement in at least 1 - 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules: General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Payments & Collections, Cash and Expense Management, Project Portfolio Management
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes including: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting
  • Experience in developing business process flows, functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts and training materials
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across both business and technical teams
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions
  • Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications and previous consulting experience will be highly regarded
