Job Description

 

We invite self-motivated, initiative professionals to join our Administration Team. 

 

 

The role involves:

  • Cleaning of the office area
    • Cleaning of pantry, including microwave ovens + refrigerator
    • Cleaning of the sinks
    • Cleaning of pantry tabletop
    • Cleaning of all the hot desks
    • Cleaning of all Focus and Private Rooms
    • Cleaning of Meeting Rooms
    • Cleaning of glass boards, whiteboards, Condeco panels
    • Cleaning of glass and window panels
    • Cleaning of glass doors, door handles, copiers and common touch surface area
    • Cleaning of locker surfaces
  • Topping up and cleaning of Nestle coffee machine in pantry
  • Refilling fresh milk in Starbucks machine
  • Mopping of pantry floor
  • Clearing of rubbish (3x a day)
  • Clearing of shredder machine
  • Vacuuming of office between 7am – 8am daily
  • Sweeping of carpet / floor when required during the day when staff are in office 
  • Replenishing of pantry stock
  • Supervision of vendors when required
  • Assisting in any required work with co-colleagues
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as & when required

  • A good team member, hardworking, willing to suggest ways to improve working methods & willing to accept feedback
