Job Description

KPMG Personal Tax & Global Mobility Services team provides an extensive range of services to multinational corporations who employ as well as deploy staff globally. We provide our clients with advice on international and cross-border tax, remuneration reporting, immigration issues that multinational companies face when recruiting and/or employing international assignees.

 

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong strategic client relationships;
  • Possess deep knowledge of market insights and trends on Singapore and regional immigration;
  • Develop business plan and drive innovative initiatives to grow the business.
  • Manage full spectrum of the team’s operations, ensuring delivery of timely and excellent quality of client services.
  • Prepare publications, conduct seminars and webinars
  • Enhance efficiencies of processes and systems in response to changing clients’ needs
  • Train and nurture team members for continual professional development
  • Provide innovative solutions to continually serve clients’ needs.

 

Our ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Possess a university degree or equivalent in any field of study with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in personal tax/global mobility related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills.
  • Personable with strong communication skills and passionate about excellent client service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Have strong leadership qualities to motivate team members
