Job Description

Our Quality & Risk Management Department disseminates timely and relevant information on developments in legislation and regulations, executes initiatives to manage our risk in a challenging environment. The Office of General Counsel is looking for highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing legal team. 

 

The Office of General Counsel is looking for highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing legal team. 

 

As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:  

  • Support in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system set up/enhancement and ensure high level of UAT accuracy 
  • Assist to liaise with multiple stakeholders/developer to monitor, track and fix UAT issues 
  • Maintain proper documentation of test results and sign-offs 
  • Support in updating and ensuring accuracy of information in templates and guidance documents maintained on intranet 
  • Review of simple contractual documentation terms 
  • Assist in formatting documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and other presentation documents 
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Patience with an eye for detail 
  • Ability to multi-task and time management skill 
  • Initiative to report on work progress 
  • Technical proficiency in MS word, MS excel, MS powerpoint 
  • Basic programming knowledge in VBA will be an advantage
