Job Description

 

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Experience & Change practice. As customer experience rises in importance, customer outcomes are pivotal to key business decisions in order to achieve sustainable growth in today’s dynamic market. The Experience & Change team helps our clients across industries extend their relationship, capture and grow the value of their customers.

Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service and sales transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation, leveraging deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations for Pre-Sales and Project Delivery
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce implementation and drive business value
  • Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements        
  • Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellence         
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with the enterprise roadmap

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8-9 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects

  • Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and design

  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous

  • Implementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries

  • Proficiency in multiple CRM applications

  • Ability to translate requirements into design and managing implementation

  • Strong project management, communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to assess the practical aspects of business operations
