Job Description

 

As part of Events, Engagement and Content team at KPMG in Singapore, you will join the marketing and communications department to build and advance the KPMG brand and business by developing, implementing and executing the firm’s internal and external events and activities. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the marketing and communications team to implement and develop both internal activities and client facing events
  • Be able to project manage the events with guidance from the events manager in charge 
  • Conduct market research, gather information, research vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects of the event
  • Be the internal and external liaison and keeps events manager up-to-date on the progress of the planning process for their event
  • Assist and support organizing and events manager in day to day tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams in the firm to run activities.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma in areas such as marketing communications and events management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good visual communication and writing skills. 
  • Strong initiative, excellent follow-through, attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
  • Results-oriented; takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality work and effectively conveys its value.
