Job Description
The People, Performance & Culture team ensures the effective delivery of all Human Resource activities in the firm. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Talent Management team. As an intern, you will provide support in achieving KPMG’s talent management strategic objectives; ensuring that KPMG remains future-proof with a strong talent pipeline and enabling an ecosystem where Talents can evolve and stay engaged to achieve the firm's mission.
As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including:
- Consolidate and maintain accurate talent data and metrics
- Work with HR internal stakeholders (e.g., KPMG Business School, HR Service Delivery team, HRBPs etc) to track participation rates and measure effectiveness of talent programmes
- Analyse and draft model for predictive talent analytics, e.g., attrition factors, performance drivers, career evolutions etc
- Draft and create communication contents and materials for Talent Management programmes / engagement events
- Source and identify vendors to support talents’ developmental and engagement needs
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Penultimate or Final year undergraduate with a keen interest in HR / people development and engagement
- Aptitude for data management and analysis
