Job Description
KPMG Managed Services team is responsible for delivering end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse client portfolio. We provide outsourcing services to clients from multiple industries on various work ranging from bookkeeping, payroll and corporate secretarial work and other ad-hoc work requested by our clients. Our range of services to our clients provides a good learning ground to shape you into a better and more complete finance professional.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented associate to join our Managed Services team.
As a Graduate Associate, you will support various teams providing a range of outsourcing work to our clients including but not limited to:
Bookkeeping Support
- Support reconciliations, journal postings, and preparation of supporting schedules.
- Prepare XBRL filing based on the audited financial statement.
- Perform data checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
Corporate Secretarial Support
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents (e.g., resolutions, registers)
- Support routine statutory filings and document organisation
- Maintain proper records and assist in updating client information
- Daily check/clearance of Mail Redirection emails
Payroll Support
- Assist in compiling payroll inputs and validating employee data
- Support preparation of payroll reports and statutory submissions
