Job Description
Responsibilities
- Function as applications design architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS and EPM
- Application Design point of contact for FCCS and EPM Analyst Teams
- Leverage deep technical expertise in Oracle FCCS to manage configurations, integrations, and implement best practices within projects.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, gather requirements, and lead the planning and design phases of Oracle system implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide Solutions to existing Architecture on the current system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery and optimize Oracle system functionalities.
- Expand and apply skills in the Oracle EPM domain, particularly in EPBCS modules, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), to support non-FCCS projects under the EPM umbrella.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- EPM/FCCS Experience 5+ Years
- Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process, experience on FCCS/EPM and good knowledge on consolidation/financial planning process.
- Desired functional knowledge (Understand of Income statement, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)
- Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
- Sound Knowledge on Financial Reports and SmartView Reports
- Good communication Skills
- Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.
