Job Description

KPMG has a strong Oracle Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an Oracle Technical to join our team. You are responsible to be leading the design and implementation of Oracle solutions to meet the client’s business needs. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle technologies. This position is based in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical/development leadership on strategic Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and requirements.
  • Monitors implementation activity to ensure best practices and design principles are upheld.
  • Ensures implementation solutions support architecture objectives (availability, scalability, performance, security, etc.), as appropriate.
  • Strong understanding of overall project methodology, specifically how it relates to the development life cycle.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining project scope.
  • Utilizes advanced leadership skills especially in the areas of persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions, and problem solving.
  • The ability to communicate complicated technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Coaches and mentors Cloud Technical team members.
  • Continuously pursues advanced level technical acumen.
  • Develops proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.
  • Participates in projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to Oracle solutioning in pre-sales and project phases.
  • Take charge of proposals, ensuring alignment with sales strategy
  • Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG.
     

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of Oracle technical architect experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Oracle (EBS) Application experience.
  • At least 5+ Full Life Cycles Oracle Cloud/On Premise Implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle implementation or migration projects
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.
