Job Description
KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Business Processes (HCM) Consultant to join our team. Your role involves bridging the gap between business needs and SAP HCM capabilities. You are expected to deliver clear process documentation, workflows, and recommendations that improve efficiency and accuracy. This position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Analyse HR business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SAP HCM
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and document end-to-end business processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP HCM solutions
- Support process harmonization across different business units and ensure alignment with global HR policies
- Conduct workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analyses to improve HR operations
- Provide guidance on best practices in SAP HCM business processes and compliance with local labour laws
- Assist in testing, change management, and user adoption during SAP HCM projects
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM business process consulting
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, payroll, time management)
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and optimization within SAP HCM
- Soft skills – Positive attitude, hardworking and excellent written/verbal communicator
