Job Description
KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Project Manager to join our leadership team. You are expected to drive excellence in SAP solution architecture and sales and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing complex SAP projects, from pre-sales to implementation, across multiple industries and cloud migration.
Position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver large-scale SAP transformation programs with precision and agility
- Navigate the SAP delivery methods and best practices with your deep industry knowledge
- Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence
- Demonstrate levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge
- Lead diverse experts working across various teams, including Finance business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking
- Serve as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution. Representing and explaining project progress to the most senior client stakeholders
- Ensure the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the overall programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

- Business Design: Evolving client engagement across all aspects of next generation marketing, sales and service
- SAP Transformation Delivery: Proven track record of successful delivery in large, complex, SAP programs that require specialised discipline and expertise
To qualify:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation in capacity as SAP Project Manager
- Is PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager certified
- Successfully managed large-scale Singapore projects involving teams of over 100 members
- Have experience with hybrid agile or full agile methodology
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Candidates with consulting experience would be preferred
