Job Description
KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Treasury consultant (Assistant Manager / Manager) to join our team. You are expected to have an experience of implementing at least 2 end-to-end SAP Treasury modules of SAP and writing functional specification and system testing. This position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
• Designing and configuration of treasury modules which includes
o Fixed Deposit E2E cycle from FD request, approval, send to bank, interest, termination, renewal, reminder for maturity, reporting, etc
o Forex spot for Vendor Payment
o Bank to bank Transfer
o Loans
o Reporting
• Designing and configuration of advance cash management module which includes
o Cash Flow Analyser
o Liquidity Forecast
o ACM should be able to do liquidity item derivation
o Cash Flow Statement - Direct method and indirect method
o BAM
o Bank communication management with splitting of Payment file
• Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, update business blueprint, deliver test scripts for unit, integration testing and UAT
• Preparation of functional specifications for the developers in view of business requirements and co-ordinating with development team for unit testing.
• Handling functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Create documentations as defined in the deliverable lists, configuration documents, training documents, etc.
• Conducting end-user training sessions.
• Support cutover activities, go-live, post go-live support for the resolution of issues as per SLA.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Provides management with regular project updates, creates and maintains trusting relationships, identifies and manages project issues, identifies project risks early and assists by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk response.
• Partners with various functional and technical teams within the SAP program
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects in capacity of FICO / Treasury consultant
• In depth knowledge in the following areas:
o Business Partner, House Bank, Account id, GL, Profit Centre and Cost Centres
o Money market – Facilities and Interest Rate Instruments,
o Forex – Spot and Forward Contract & Derivatives – IRS and Cross Currency Swap,
o Exposure & Hedge Management
o Credit Risk Analyzer
o Cash Management
o In-House Cash – External vendor payment, inter-co-payment, and Payment on behalf scenario
o Advanced payment Management
o Electronic Bank Statement and Reconciliation
o Knowledge in Finance / Controlling module will be an added advantage
• Experience in writing Functional Specification and system testing
• Soft skills – Positive attitude, hardworking and excellent written/verbal communicator
