Job Description

 

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) consultant to join our team. You will design, implement and deliver the functional and technical components of planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions using SAC Planning. This position is based in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the design and solutioning of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations in planning, forecasting, forecast adjustments and integrating generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs

  • Take charge of gathering, analysing, and modelling client data encompassing various areas such as customer data, financials, operational metrics, organizational structure, and access channels

  • Utilize a diverse range of analytical tools and methodologies to derive both quantitative and qualitative business insights aimed at enhancing decision-making processes

  • Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements

  • Manage and lead the SAC projects to ensure timely delivery

  • Build new management reports in SAP Analytics Cloud as required

  • Provides management with regular project updates, creates, and maintains trusting relationships, identifies, and manages project issues, identifies project risks early and assists by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk response

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time

  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members

  • Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG

The ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects

  • Candidate should have a strong functional and technical experience in Embedded SAC/BPC

  • More than 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience specialising in SAC/BPC

  • Hands-on experience in business process design, requirement gathering, facilitating workshops and technical configurations in Business Planning, Business Budgeting, Business Forecasting and Consolidation Reporting

  • Experience in rollout and supporting global template solutions for large companies

  • Experience in functional lead role will be an added advantage

  • Track record in implementing innovative solution in previous clients/companies

  • Solid critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and technical capabilities

  • Good organizational skills and logic-based thinking process required

  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

  • An excellent verbal and written communication skill in the English language and able to relate technical issues to business audience

  • Self-motivated and can deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision

  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills

  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness

  • This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high-performance consulting team in a fast-paced environment
