Job Description
KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking 2 SuccessFactors roles, including
— SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant + Solution Architect, Manager
Responsibilities:

Responsible for technical design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solution to meet stakeholder’s requirements

Experience in leading the technical delivery of the SuccessFactor module(s), including all activities within the project delivery lifecycle

Assists the client in defining their business needs and translating business requirements to solution conceptual design

Assists the client in developing a multi-phase solution roadmap to address a business objective(s)

Able to explain the benefits and risks associated with solution deployment

Leads and guides the consulting team in identifying, analysing and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Provides drafting of solution and deployment approach for use in the proposal development and planning

Guides the project manager in planning of solution deployment and explaining schedule dependencies and risks

Guides the team in defining data, integration and test strategy for SuccessFactors module deployment

Provides solution advise and leadership to the internal and client project team during business case development, implementation project and solution roadmap development. Acts as solution “subject matter expert” and advises on leading practices and strategies for deployment and maturity of SAP SuccessFactors

Monitors and advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigation strategies

Provides recommendations on development of the client SAP SuccessFactor landscape

Provides advice on solution roadmap for the client

Managing client relationship with business process owners, HR sponsor and client solution leads

Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, including professional certifications

Assist with coaching and developing consultants and growing the SAP SuccessFactors capability

The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
-
Minimum 8-10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including managing technical delivery of the solution and strategic solution advice / planning

Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives

Knowledge of SAP Activate (or equivalent) methodology for SuccessFactors Business domain knowledge for Human Resources

Proven experience in acting as advisor on HRIS software deployment and strategic planning

Knowledge of HR practices and industry trends

Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management

Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
