Job Description

KPMG has a strong Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives incorporating Supply Chain products such as COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, iValua and Zycus. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Director to join our team. You are expected to leverage your expertise in supply chain management to analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop innovative strategies that drive tangible business outcomes. This position is based in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to generate sales and lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on supply chain optimization including:
    • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • Developing and implementing strategic recommendations to enhance supply chain performance, streamline processes, and mitigate risks.
  • Good Planning and Budget Management – the ability to work within time and budget constraints with high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead various phases of project such as Response for Proposal (RFP), Requirement gathering, Fit Gap Analysis, E2E Solutioning, Efforts Submission, Business Blueprinting, Design, Build, Configurations, Data Migration, Testing (UT, SIT, UAT), Go-Live.
  • Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.
  • Conducting risk analysis, managing mitigation plan, and monitoring dependencies on various projects
  • Ensuring solution and design complies with the industry standards, processes and technical standards defined for the project.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable business impact.
  • Experience in at least one of SCM applications like SAP S4/HANA, COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, iValua, and Zycus
  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, and/or distribution.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading project teams, managing client relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Able to interpret and convert technical requirements into Client proposal offering solutions that addresses business needs.
