Job Description

KPMG has a strong Technology Enablement Practice in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by Workday solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Workday, Associate Director to join our leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Workday consulting and implementation to clients and managing the Workday practice. You will be responsible for the P&L for our practice and work independently in creating value for our clients. You will work closely with KPMG Leadership to get their buy-in in the vision for the practice building and investment plan.

This position is based in Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the overall management and direction of the KPMG Workday Practice in Singapore, including the delivery of services, business development, and team management.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy for the Workday practice. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and building a strong pipeline of new clients. Expected to have a deep understanding of Workday, as well as the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Provide direction and support to delivery project teams especially as in presales where it relates to scope, budget, timeline and delivery matters where it relates to resolving critical deployment issues. 
  • Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in consulting, deploying large complex HCM/Financial solutions at a project and program manager level focusing on Workday. 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Proven track record positioning/selling professional services.
  • Ability to manage / prioritize multiple customers' demands balancing customer satisfaction with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday solutions including understanding of best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills. 
  • Posses at least three current Workday certifications, including Engagement Manager certification.
