We are looking for aspiring design leaders who want to grow professionally, have a vision for AI-driven design, and are committed to making a difference by understanding and adapting to the fundamental shifts in design from traditional digital design to intelligence design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Innovation Manager, you’ll bring your passion for human-centered design and transformation to create innovative, user-centric solutions. Working within a dynamic team, you will turn complex challenges into seamless user experiences, focusing on enhancing productivity and adoption.

  • Conduct user research and present insights to stakeholders (e.g., Personas, Journey Maps, Ethnographic Research)
  • Facilitate ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation workshops with clients and their teams
  • Design user flows, ensuring a clear, compelling narrative
  • Guide the refinement of products, services, and business models based on user feedback
  • Define Responsible AI considerations within the user experience, ensuring safe, ethical, and user-aligned AI behaviors
  • Translate requirements into developer-ready specifications for smooth handoff and delivery
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to deliver scalable design solutions
  • Drive innovation through design sprints, workshops, and client engagement
  • Manage UI/UX patterns within Design Systems and ensure best practices and consistency across all projects
  • Contribute to a positive, creative culture within Digital Village through collaborative initiatives

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience, ideally in client-facing consulting or similar environments
  • Strong experience applying GenAI within design processes and integrating emerging AI technologies into UX solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, usability, and delivering end-to-end solutions rooted in Design Thinking
  • Proven ability to design complex, multi-role workflows across mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma, including managing design systems, structuring information architecture, and mapping enterprise-level user flows
  • Strong rapid-prototyping skills to ideate, iterate, and validate concepts efficiently; (optional) experience with vibe-coding or lightweight front-end prototyping
  • Experience working across sectors such as financial services, risk and audit, supply chain management, or customer engagement
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to translate requirements into clear, implementable design specifications
  • Knowledge or training in emerging technologies and their application in modern product workflows
  • A portfolio showcasing enterprise workflows, end-to-end case studies, and AI-driven product experiences (preferred)
  • Experience guiding and supporting junior designers, helping shape their craft and elevating overall team quality
