Job Description

At Digital Village, we are innovators exploring what’s next in AI driven design. We focus on creating user centric solutions that deliver tangible value and drive real adoption. Our work blends GenAI, strategic design, and experimentation to shape breakthrough products with measurable business impact.

We’re looking for aspiring design leaders who want to grow in the emerging discipline of AI driven design, and who are passionate about rethinking how products and experiences are conceived, built and validated in this new era.

Work Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with corporate clients to frame, prioritize, and translate business challenges into design opportunities.
  • Plan and conduct market research, user immersion, and competitive analysis to understand users, stakeholders, and the wider ecosystem.
  • Synthesize research into actionable insights and communicate them through compelling artefacts (personas, journeys, opportunity maps).
  • Design and facilitate ideation, prototyping, and co‑creation workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine value propositions and bring them to life through to‑be journeys, user flows, wireframes, and mid‑fidelity prototypes.
  • Lead user validation cycles to test desirability, feasibility, and viability of propositions.
  • Iterate and refine concepts based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Support the development of an innovation culture by coaching and working with business unit champions.

The Ideal Villager:

  • Strong grounding in human‑centered design
  • Demonstrated creativity in solving ambiguous and complex problems
  • Hands‑on experience in user experience design, rapid prototyping, and AI concept development
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Highly driven self‑starter with a strong bias for action
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling abilities, able to influence and align stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced innovation environment
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teammates
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in design, innovation, product, or strategy roles
