As a Business Analyst in our Customer team, you will gain exposure to:
Business Requirements & Process Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse current-state processes, and document business requirements. You will help bridge the gap between business and technology teams by translating business objectives into functional requirements and solution specifications.
Enterprise System Implementation
Support the delivery of large-scale digital and technology transformation programmes, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) covering Marketing, Sales and Service, case management, workflow, and customer engagement platforms. You will contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.
User Adoption & Change Enablement
Assist organisations in successfully adopting new technologies through user acceptance testing, training development, user engagement activities, and change support initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support client engagements involving enterprise system implementation, CRM transformation, and business process improvement initiatives
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Create and maintain project artefacts such as business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and meeting documentation.
- Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and solution architects to support solution design and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate and support UAT activities, including defect tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and knowledge transfer documentation to facilitate system adoption.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support where required.
- Support project management activities, including action tracking, status reporting, risk identification, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both client and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
• Excellent academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Graduates of other disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop structured solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and business process improvement.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyse business requirements in a clear and structured manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and requirements documentation techniques would be advantageous.
• Knowledge or exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business applications would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, defect management, and issue tracking would be beneficial.
• Interest in user enablement activities such as training, communications, change management, and technology adoption.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Prior internship experience in business analysis, technology consulting, systems implementation, project management, or related technology roles would be advantageous but is not required.
• Native/business fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional APAC languages would be advantageous.
