Job Description
Help leading insurers solve their most important strategy and transformation challenges.
We are looking for motivated and analytical graduates to join our Financial Services – Insurance Strategy, Operations & Transformation team.
As a Graduate Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants on projects that help financial services institutions address challenges across growth, distribution, products, operations, customer experience, technology and regulatory transformation in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
You will gain exposure to a variety of consulting engagements while developing your analytical, problem-solving and project delivery skills.

What You'll Work On
Strategy and Operations
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking and data analysis to support insurance strategy and transformation projects.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, Excel analyses, business cases and project updates.
- Support the assessment of business processes, operational challenges and improvement opportunities across insurance functions, including underwriting, claims, servicing, finance, risk and compliance.
- Assist in developing recommendations for operating models, customer journeys, process improvements and business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to analyse business challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Support stakeholder discussions, workshops and the documentation of key findings and recommendations.
Transformation
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including digital product development, automation and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Assist in business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, documenting user stories and preparing functional requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing, change management activities and project implementation.
- Assist in tracking project progress, preparing documentation and coordinating project deliverables.
- Explore opportunities to leverage technology and data to improve business processes and customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or other related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience in consulting, insurance, banking, financial services or technology.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information and draw meaningful insights.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Interest in insurance, business strategy, operations, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience or academic exposure to insurance, consulting, business transformation, data analytics or AI will be advantageous.
