Job Description

KPMG's People & Organisation practice helps organisations transform their workforce, leadership, culture, and HR function to achieve sustainable business outcomes. We are looking for graduates who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as Graduate Associates. You will work closely with experienced consultants on client engagements and have the opportunity to contribute to impactful transformation programmes across a wide range of industries.

Support client engagements and business development activities across:

Organisation & Workforce Transformation
HR Transformation
Culture & Change Transformation
Leadership Transformation
Talent Transformation
Learning & Development
Post-Deal People Services

Your responsibilities may include:

 

Conducting research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
Supporting project delivery, project management, and stakeholder coordination
Preparing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables
Assisting with workshops, change management, and transformation initiatives
Contributing to workforce, organisation, talent, leadership, culture, and learning transformation projects
Supporting proposal development and business development activities

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following

 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
Resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, internship, or work-related activities is an advantage

 

This Graduate Associate role is open to candidates whose graduation date is expected to be between January 2026 and September 2027.
